1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner, and external factors such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
Standard shipping charges may apply for COD or low-value orders.
Final shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided.
5. Wrong Address or Delivery Failure
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct.
Orders with incorrect details or unresponsive customers may face:

Return to origin (RTO)
Additional re-shipping charges
6. Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or incomplete product:
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
Share your order ID, photos/video of the package and items
We will assist you with a replacement or solution as per our return policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within India.
