Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Skenvo. We want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product you received is defective

  • You received an incomplete order

Note:
We currently do not accept returns for size issues, color preference, or change of mind unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


2. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within:

24–48 hours of receiving the order

After this period, return requests may not be accepted.


3. Return Process

To raise a return request:

  1. Email us at support@skenvo.com

  2. Mention your Order ID, registered mobile number, and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos or videos of:

    • Product

    • Packaging

    • Any damage (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request within 24 hours.


4. Pickup & Reverse Shipping

  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location.

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode.

  • If the courier partner is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

Note: Product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after:

  • The returned product is received

  • The quality check (QC) is completed successfully

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Amount will be refunded to your original payment method (3–7 business days).

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer / UPI.

Refund will not be processed if:

  • Product is used

  • Tags/packaging are missing

  • Damage is caused due to misuse

  • Wrong item is returned


6. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchange only if:

  • Same product and same design is available in stock

  • Reason for exchange is valid (damaged/wrong item)

If stock is unavailable during exchange, we will process a refund.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

  • Innerwear

  • Customized / personalized items

  • Items bought during clearance or special sale

  • Free gifts and promotional products


8. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

  • In such cases, you must wait for delivery and then place a return request.
